The Sled // Calf Raise Machine

Happy Friday!  Welcome to the Iron Made Gym Newsletter.  Our goal with this production is to share information with our unique community that will help you reach your goals.

The sled is quite possibly the most versatile piece of equipment in any gym.  We want to demonstrate to you a series of exercises you can perform.
Leg dominant:  front drag, rear drag, monster walks
Shoulder dominant:  T, Y, A, front raise
Back dominant:  row
Chest dominant:  press, fly
Torso:  golf swing
These are some that you can implement immediately.
Dave Tate of EliteFTS gave an example cycle to use 8 of the sled exercises:  4 trips per movement, each trip 45-50 steps each, hard on 1st day, then 60% on day 2, 60% of day 2 on day 3, day 4 off, and back hard on day 5.
This can be performed before or after your full regular workout.

We have upgrade another piece of our equipment!  The calf raise is extremely more comfortable and allows the user to add a significant larger amount of weight.  Try it out and let us know what you think.
