Don used bands this week for tricep press downs. We attached them from the top pegs on the power rack. At your starting point, make band tension begin slightly prior to 90 degrees. By doing this you will ensure there is tension through each rep as opposed to not having a load at the starting point. You can adjust beginning tension a couple of ways: choose the right band, choose how to attach the band at the top of the rack, or adjust your height by adding mats under your feet.
