New Equipment // Equipment Repair

Happy Friday!  Welcome to the Iron Made Gym Newsletter.  Our goal with this production is to share information with our unique community that will help you reach your goals.

Today we want to introduce to you three new pieces from Elitefts.
The first is the rackable cambered bar.  It weighs 70lb.  It’s key features include:  provides instability during movements by swinging as a pendulum and provides a variety or hand placements to provide shoulder relief.  We have used this bar so far for box squats, bench press (with/without bands), standing shoulder press, and good mornings.

The next piece is a cable attachment with multiple grips.  This can be used for pull downs, rows, and even bicep curls.

The last piece is called the American Football Bar.  This is extremely versatile.  We have used it so far for bench, rows, shoulder press, tricep press, and bicep curls.

Finally, a huge thank you to Mr. Matt Brenner who helped me install 2 new cables on the crossover machine, install a new outside flood light, repair the calf raise machine, and reupholster the two adjustable benches.  We also manufactured a couple new pieces of equipment we will demo next week.
